I oversee a team of thirty employment consultants that assist people with disabilities to find and keep jobs. I also supervise a team of vocational evaluators who work with people to help them find an appropriate career path and determine what job accommodations might be appropriate for them to be successful at work.

My team of Job Developers ultimate goal is to find gainful, meaningful employment for the participants that.

I worked in the community with adults that have various disabilities. I helped them achieve maximum self-sufficiency by assisting them in finding meaningful and productive independent employment.

I worked in the Digital Imaging department of a prepress print shop. Responsibilities included performing quality checks on all jobs and maintaining all output devices. Attention to detail and good communication skills were absolutely necessary as I handled a large volume of complicated work. On a daily basis, I dealt with customer service, the computer.

Owned and operated a gourmet retail store in the Mall of America. I created an original business concept and started the company with capital from a previous business venture. Experience includes the hiring, management and termination of employees, payroll, inventory, purchasing, pricing, marketing, shipping, receiving, public relations, customer service.

Supervised eight residents in a home for SPMI (Serious & Persistent Mental Illness) adults, many of whom were chemically dependent or developmentally disabled. Distributed medicines, prepared service care plans, charted residents' progress, and designed and implemented behavioral programs to individual needs of residents.
