Recent work includes:Ecommerce: Work on enterprise ecommerce solutions with multiple complex integrations and large data migrations, collaborating closely with technical leads to simplify complicated experiences, using user research and analytics to generate insights and identify opportunities. Responsible for the entire customer experience.Design system: Create and maintain scalable design systems from scratch for clients. Creating and facilitating divergent and convergent workshops with diverse cross functional groups. Contribute to and create internal initiatives such as a design dictionary, design reviews, team mission, team handbook.

Lead the creative direction of Imaginet to produce creative and award winning website solutions that achieve online objectives. Producing effective and appropriate designs, information architecture and user journeys that deliver results. Highlights include:- Introduce component based design and build methods based on atomic design principles, develop documentation standards that transform design and development collaboration.- Lead experimentation programme for NCP’s Prebook product.- Present winning pitches and contribute to estimations, proposals and tender bids.- Develop new ways of delivering artefacts to stakeholders focusing feedback around user needs and business goals.
