ACTIVE CHARITY was founded in 2005 by four Chico State roommates. Active Charity works to support causes we feel are important, often focusing on local issues benefiting children and veterans. Manage team of sales reps covering the Caterpillar dealership territory for Northern California. Responsibility for inventory management, acquisitions and disposals of large equipment fleet.

Responsibilities as Black Belt during tenure as General Manager of sales and rental. Completed DMAIC training at Caterpillar University in Peoria, IL.

Managed equipment rental business for large Caterpillar tractor dealership. In addition to operations and sales responsibility for this multi-state business, also managed successful launch of sales effort for Compact Construction Equipment line. 1st year results were top 5 in North American market.
