Executive Search Projects• Visiting existing clients and prospects, in order to understand their businessesand specific needs• Briefing the research team, offering guidance regarding the best approach andspecificity of the assignments• Conducting interviews with potential candidates while constantly keeping the clientsinformed regarding the evolution of the projects (actions taken, future searchdirections and prospects, potential issues)• Evaluating the potential candidates, preparing the shortlists together with thewritten reports for the clients• Offering counseling, for both clients and candidates, in the interviewing and salarynegotiation phasesAssessment & Development Centers• Supporting the clients in identifying the core competencies to be assessed• Define the Behavioral Indicators in order to make sure that there is a commonunderstanding of the core competencies• Identifying the exercises / role plays / study cases that are best in measuring thecompetency levelConducting (as Project Manager or Consultant) of the Assessment Centers• Preparing the assessment reports and offering feedback to the management teamsand the assessed personsRecruitment Trainings• Establishing, together with the client, the agenda of trainings to be delivered(based on the participants’ previous experience and Human Resourcesknowledge)• Deliver the training (usually over a course of two days, both open and in-house)Achievements:• Involvement in over 300 Executive Search & Recruitment projects with more than3.000 persons interviewed• Involvement in organizing dozens of Assessment & Development Centers, evaluatingmore than 150 persons• 70% of the business generated through repeated clients• Representing AIMS Romania at AIMS’ International EMEA and Global conferencessince 2006
