He was responsible for thirty five percent growth each year in this new division. Dan worked closely with top management to provide on-site support for companies including Kineto Wireless and Orative Corporation.

Dan specialized in web and mobile phone software developers for three separate teams at this shopper browsing services start-up. He placed over one hundred engineers and managers.

Dan is recognized for turning around his region by redirecting sales and recruiting to newly emerging niche technical areas. He was responsible for 5 offices and 35 people. He helped to create an outside sales manual for the whole company and trained new staff.

Dan joined Oxford as a recruiter, and quickly mastered the finer points of staffing. He served as both a recruiter and an account manager, and was promoted to Branch Manager with six direct reports.
