This work is assisting BCC to maximise space on brownfield and ensuring they can successfully meet the 35% uplift requirement in their housing targets.The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and CommunitiesSearch for and appraise over 4,000 central government land holdings for their future use for housing in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc and the West Midlands Combined Authority area.The London Borough of HounslowAppraise over 115,000 land titles for their potential for future land uses as part of the local plan making process. The council was particularly interested in finding land on small sites that contribute towards London Plan targets. This project won the UK Proptech Association Digital Transformation Project Award 2021.Transport for LondonIdentify the development potential of over 6,000 challenging and constrained sites for housing working across London using advanced geospatial algorithms that my team created especially for TfL's use.
