I was the Director of Service Delivery at Genesis Integration. I started with Genesis in 1991 and led a team of highly skilled Designers, Programmers Documentation Coordinators, Project Managers, Production Managers, Field Technicians and Technical Specialists with the goal of advancing their skills well beyond my own. I am experienced in all aspects of Systems Integration including HR, team building, process improvement, sales, design, functional planning, estimating, material procurement, technical research, field inspection, electro-acoustic measurement, construction, system operation and training as well as maintenance and troubleshooting.As a former Consultant, I have designed systems for hundreds of facilities and understand the needs of the consultant and construction community. I have worked with Owners, Architects and Engineers to ensure proper coordination and integration of AV systems within the building envelope.Internally, I have worked to improve process and increase quality by applying LEAN process and quality improvements throughout the Client experience. I have the ability to see the big picture and the minutiae at the same time and recognize which details to concentrate on to achieve the best outcome.
