This division is a leader in LED solutions for new and old technologies, which includes smartphones and automotive industries. ➤ My responsibilities included all financial systems, reporting, controls, general ledger, and accounting policies➤ I oversaw the restructuring of the finance team and ultimately enhanced forecast accuracy, increased productivity by 40%, and reduced costs ➤ While reviewing sales productivity, I found an opportunity to implement worldwide cross-functional collaboration, this new go-to-market strategy increased global sales by 2x ➤ Partnered with outside auditors to transform our revenue recognition process and reduce the overall sales risk, which removed $20M of a potential channel revenue restatement and increased forecast accuracy ➤ The CFO appointed me to spearhead the ERP implementation from JD Edwards to SAP, we finished the project on time and on budget while providing an upgrade to the current system environment
