I was the first member of the team, I built the department and participated in its evolution in a period that took us from being a startup to an acquisition by an international player.This required very diverse tasks. Our usual priorities were demand generation, brand and sales enablement. For me, the main milestones of the team have been:- Providing our sales team with sufficient qualified opportunities to maintain annual growth rate target, usually in the 3 digits.- Turning the marketing department into the main source of won opportunities.- Increasing the close ratio of our sales team by several % points, improving value positioning.- Building a small, efficient and highly sales-aligned team.- Building a solid brand starting from scratch.My main experience in this period has been related to:- Online and content marketing: successsfully launching an Inbound Marketing project for B2B in 2013. In 2018, it was the main source of opportunities for Captio.- Lead generation and nurturing: inbound and outbound strategies.
