Developed the plan for transitioning predictive maintenance analysis from salaried manning to hourly Technicians.

Served as the assistant to the Paper Mill Maintenance Superintendent over five paper machines that Coordinated the paper mill maintenance staff of six Supervisors, two Planners, and three salaried Predictive Maintenance Technicians; oversaw hourly manning of approximately 80 Maintenance Technicians.Also had direct responsibility for maintenance engineering activities in the paper mill and lubrication coordination activities mill-wide.

Responsible for coordinating and supervising all maintenance activities during the startup and first 18 months of operation of the new 300 ton/day de-ink plant. Led a combined maintenance team of EI and Mechanical Maintenance Technicians; developed start-up manning of 24 technicians and two hourly supervisors for the four months of start up. Final direct reports of nine hourly Maintenance Technicians. Scheduled mill resources, developed job plans, and managed contractors in area.

Responsible for developing the basic care program on the mill's largest newsprint machine - 600+ ton / day Beloit Bel-baie II, PM5. Also performed failure analysis investigations and small project engineering. Took responsibility and improved the performance of maintenance on paper machine doctors across the house.
