Managed capital projects and IT specialist necessary to implement, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot the Ambulance Response Information System (ARIS) – IS/IT platform utilized to dispatch land based ambulance services. Comprised of 270+ GIS Dispatch consoles, running on 250+ Fault tolerant Servers and 200+ SQL Databases, enabling 800 ambulance dispatchers to respond to 1.5 M emergency calls/year.
