My role at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A) is to work with community partners, fundraise and build brand awareness of the services C&A provides. I have been able to build C&A's social media presence from solely Facebook to successfully adding and growing followers on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and a blog. Through my relationships, C&A has a great relationship with media partners The Canton Repository, WHBC and Q-92 radio stations as well as Alliance City and Canton City Schools Channels 1022, where program managers are featured guests, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame/Centennial Plaza. During my time, I have built relationships with 19 school districts to create, grow and expand Stark County Schools Mental Health Awareness Week reaching 60,000 students; partnered with six Stark County colleges and universities to create and grow the agency's collegiate fairs; and I am working with C&A's eight partner districts on launching a new initiative for Stark County Athletes, Athletes Strong for Mental Health. The key to successful programs and fundraising is building and maintaining relationships. Through the amazing partnerships that I have formed, C&A continues to grow its brand and reputation as the experts in the field of children's/adolescent mental health.

I was in charge or business-to business development doing online presentations to real estate brokers and companies across the United States. I attended conferences; met with clients and onboarded clients.

As general manager of The Suburbanite newspaper, I successful managed seven employees to grow the size of the newspaper with record sales during a recession. At the same time, I was asked to start a sister paper in Jackson Township,the Jackson Suburbanite. I was responsible for overseeing the basic day-to-day operations of the editorial, sales and delivery staffs; maintaining budget; payroll and being active in the community at local events. During my time at The Suburbanite, I started a networking group for the Green Chamber of Commerce; Battle of the Burbs, a food drive at the Lake-Green football game; and worked with local high schools on a journalism program. Throughout my tenure, we sponsored and participated in many community events and solidified ourselves as the top weekly newspaper in Green, Lake, Manchester, Coventry, Springfield and the Portage Lakes.
