Leading up to my education at Full Sail, I had already gained countless hours of self-taught skills through a variety of methods; everything from pulling all-nighters just to learn a handful of obscure tools in the recesses of Maya, to "intuitive interpretation" of esoteric Hindi troubleshooting videos on YouTube, to a myriad of educational platforms such as Digital Tutors and LinkedIn Leaning. However, while I certainly built a decent wealth of knowledge and experience through self-education, I really had no clue how to pragmatically apply it.It was this uncertainty that motivated me to formalize my skills at Full Sail University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Animation with a focus on Compositing. After two years of intense work, I have honed my skills and developed a keen eye for the various elements of art and principles of design as well as a solid understanding of the CG/VFX production pipeline and an array of industry-standard software packages.My primary focus lies in the realms of modeling, compositing, and VFX/sims where I strive to transform the dark vault of human imagination into computer-generated dreamscapes for all to experience. Ranging from crisp worlds of hyperrealism, to vibrant fantasies of stylism, to abstract realms of surrealism, I aim to captivate senses and evoke emotions that transcend the boundaries of reality.Ultimately, I am confident that I now possess the fundamental tools to properly open a virtual portal to my adventurous -- sometimes twisted -- imagination as I embark on a life-mission to work alongside other world-class artists with the uncanny ability to conjure into existence the wildest dreams of others.
