The email team from BYU-Idaho is part of the BYU-I Support Center, our purpose is to enhance the student experience at college.As the Email team, we are the first line of response for all the emails that come into BYU-I for information, whether they are students, contractors, future students, alumni, or any type of requestors we guarantee they will receive an answer to any question they have. We are 4 people in the team and we answer a volume of 100 in a 4 hour shift.
