Working in the Apartment Industry for four decades, I am extremely well versed in both Property Management and Apartment Locating/Rentals. During my 10 years in Property Management, I helped developed and oversee the Training Department for a top management company. As the Training Director, I was responsible for all sales and new employee training and evaluation, form, report and manual development and directing all on-site marketing and training, company wide. In 1993, I obtained my Texas Real Estate License and after being in the apartment industry for 10 years - I left to become an Apartment Rental/Locator Agent and assisted clientele to find their next apartment home and built a reputation as an industry top producer, while working for API Locators. In 2002, I obtained my Broker’s license and opened my own RE brokerage/Apartment Locating Service and I’ve now been servicing the DFW rental market for over 30 years. Over this time-frame, I’ve hired, sponsored and trained many other licensed agents in the locating industry and we pride ourselves on providing the best service and building relationships with our clientele, as well as the apartment communities we service.
