• Drove project planning, integration, advertiser migration and customer service level segmentation for paid search Bing Ads-Yahoo! Search Alliance. Successfully oversaw migration of paid search advertising market places for North America (largest market) and India. • Lead a team of operations program managers responsible for enablement and readiness for sales and service teams for new search advertising technology, platform & products through operational readiness testing, change management practices and training creation.

• Lead creation of service models, business processes and ad technology platform changes to enable online advertising on Microsoft online properties and our syndication publisher properties.• Drove the sales field readiness and publisher ads set-up within our ad platform for large 3rd party publisher deals. • Project managed the creation and execution of the Self-Serve Publisher monetization service and support models during the beta and launch of this new business model for Microsoft PubCenter.• Drove the integration of the service operations of an acquired advertising service and technology company. Provided the overall project and program management for defining a new media & technology services organization incorporating personnel, processes, procedures and customers.
