(Department increased from 94% to 104%) Optimized employees schedules to achieve 98% on-time delivery to our customers through analyzing plant-wide and department volume trends to forecast the production demand for the Woods department. Managed the entire Woods department while being measured on the following: attrition rates, production efficiency, material usage variance, safety audit metrics, and delivery rates.

Implemented a database which is used by the retail and manufacturing teams to analyze call trends and root cause various quality issues throughout the organizationReduced rework from 9.2% to 8.1% (during the 2003-2004 fiscal year) company wide by analyzing repair and reorder data to drive process and tooling changes in multiple departments
