Daniel is a registered massage therapist with over two years of experience in delivering customized and effective treatments to a diverse clientele, including athletes, office workers, seniors, and individuals with chronic pain or injuries. He is certified in fascial stretch therapy (FST), acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and gua sha, and proficient in muscle energy technique, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage. He currently works at Momentum SportMed and Wellness and Step Up Massage & Rehab, two reputable clinics in Toronto that offer multidisciplinary and holistic services.Daniel is also a team therapist for the University of Toronto Track Club, where he provides massage therapy and injury prevention education to the club's members, ranging from recreational runners to elite competitors. As a former double gold medalist in the Canada Summer Games and a Team Canada representative at the World Junior Track and Field Championships, Daniel has a passion for sports and a unique insight into the needs and challenges of athletes. He also shares his knowledge and skills as a Qi Gong instructor at Pureland International Qi Gong, a non-profit organization that promotes health and wellness through the ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong.
