As Division Leader I work primarily as a supervisor to camp head counselors, general counselors as well as junior counselors. I also maintain open communication with parents regarding their concerns about their child's needs and the camp facility. I act as liaison between management and my team of counselors and hold group supervision sessions in order to help train and groom them to work even more efficiently with the campers. As in any position, a personal goal of mine is to help create a pleasant and professional atmosphere for my colleagues as well as for campers and their parents!
