Reported to the Chief HR Officer; a member of worldwide HR leadership team; oversaw HR’s 3-year strategic plan to become a world-class HR function. Led the corporate change team for the M&A of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals: delivered an executive dashboard with internal and external key performance indicators to measure integration success; and drove the global talent strategy to attract and retain senior and mid-level top talent.

Developed the business case, designed, and facilitated training programs; designed a diversity training program that was approved by Board of Directors (parent company) delivered it nationwide saving the company significant expenses. Created management development program delivered quarterly to middle managers and facilitated by executive team.

Managed supervisory and teller training
