As Change Manager I provide leadership and guidance for all changes and updates to the MoA's SAP ERP System. I work with the different teams to coordinate initiation, implementation, and completion of changes to the system. I ensure that changes are in alignment with Municipal Processes & Procedures, Municipal Code, union collective bargaining agreements, State and Federal Regulatory requirements. I ensure requested changes to the SAP system are understood and implemented as expected.

Projects as assigned: Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) | SQL Integration PackageCustom SQL Server Integration Package that automated the intake of Quickbook data from village-based construction projects and integrated it into DEHE’s SQL data warehouse. Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (APSC) | C248 Oil Accounting Lifecycle ReplacementAPSC was in the process of adopting a new flow monitoring and accounting system for the Alaska Pipeline from end to end. The new program was being implemented by an outside development company. I worked to help the approval of features by building step by step scripts for User Acceptance Testing. I built clear and concise documentation for business side stakeholders utilizing requirements documentation, user stories, and technical scripts from the vendor. ConocoPhillips | Desktop Peripheral Monitoring ConocoPhillips Alaska was seeking custom software development to help solve a specific business need. I worked with stakeholders at ConocoPhillips to better define business requirements and build the initial statement of work needed to proceed with building a proof-of-concept. This project has gone on to be requested for implementation ConocoPhillips wide.

Managed the development and deployment of business process and software in support of Wizards of the Coast's customer service and game administration teams.

I coordinated and operationalized projects at the end of their development through training and documentation for company stakeholders. This includes customer service and live operations teams. I worked as an information and coordination pivot point for multiple teams including Development, Live Operations, and Customer service throughout product life cycles. I lead a project utilizing Scrum methodology to centralize and automate front line business reporting linking Zendesk, Tableau and SQL data into a series of Confluence-hosted live dashboards. Systems, Operations, and Service team representative for Wizards of the Coast Business and Technical Change Advisory Board meetings. Administrator of Magic Online digital events in production, stage testing, and beta environments. Provide data on customer impact in bug triage for Magic Online, Magic the Gathering Arena, and associated support systems.

My role provided logistical support for flights to the Alpine and Kuparuk Oil Fields, coordinating closely with airport loaders and bus drivers getting more than 350 people and 5,000 pounds of freight to their work sites via daily supporting flights. I compiled airfield metrics to then forecast for capacity and project planning. I helped lead the Doyon and ConocoPhillips process improvement team that shortened flight down time to under ninety minutes. Improvements included the implementation and quality assessment of IBS iLogistics flight management system leading to better airfield planning and communication.

Koru is a selective, immersive training program that gives college students and recent graduates the skills and experience to make a meaningful impact on a great job after college. In this January 2015 session Koru partnered with Porch.com to solve a marketing challenge. This will involved the use of design thinking, customer discovery, and prototyping. The process culminated in a presentation of our recommendations to Porch's executive team.

Georgetown University Hospital Emergency Department in 2009 was looking to develop its greater hospital wide emergency preparedness. I worked part-time in concert with hospital management to develop an updated Emergency Preparedness Plan for the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit staff. To educate the staff and test readiness the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and ran training drills involving both departments bringing them up to FEMA Hospital Disaster Life Support HDLS standards. I also maintained and managed equipment and reports according to emergency department and federal grant requirements.

Specially selected to instruct at Officer Candidate School. As a Instructor at OCS I taught and evaluated potential Marine Officer Candidates for their small unit leadership and tactical abilities. I provided instruction to classes sized from Company (80) down to individual candidates.

o Deployed as part of a Force Reconnaissance Company to Al Anbar Province, Iraq o Lead a team that operated as a reconnaissance and limited raid asset in support of COIN ops in NW Iraq. o Operating independently in combined operations by utilizing methods of unconventional warfare.

o Led a platoon of up to 60 Marines as Platoon Sergeant. o In concert with our Company Leadership developed and lead to the completion of two full training cycles (2 year period).

o Volunteered after completion of Field Radio Operator School for Recon Selection Course. Passed and was placed into training pipeline. o Deployed in 2004 to Al-Anbar Iraq, Part of RCT-7 (Regimental Combat Team) for Operation Phantom Fury, the Second Battle of Fallujah for which unit received the Presidential Unit Citation.o Served as Assistant Team Leader; worked to ensure personnel and equipment accountability.o Earned Meritorious Promotion to Corporal in country.
