Danni is 100% committed to supporting people who need NEA's services, whilst ensuring her colleagues stay well in what can be very stressful or distressing roles. That's not an easy task when your successful organisation is growing quickly, but on top of everything she needs to do right now, Danni looks ahead and critically, takes action to put measures in place that will help in the long-run. She is also incredibly self-reflective and keen to ensure her colleagues feel comfortable talking to her about their concerns or stresses. When most of your team are working remotely, it's even harder to have the connection to build that trust, and Danni makes a real effort to do this.
