Danni Davis has a master’s degree in social work from West Virginia University. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, Clinically Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist, Instinctual Trauma Response Certified Instructor and Therapist, and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. Danni has a private practice in Baltimore County, Maryland, specializing in trauma treatment, as well as, mental health and wellness for First Responders, Child Welfare Workers, and Healthcare Associates and their families. Danni is also the Training Director for ITR Training Institute. As the Training Director, Danni has adapted the ITR Clinical Model for use by peer support teams and non-licensed pararofessionals. She has trained clinicians, first responders, healthcare associates, and paraprofessionals across the country. Danni worked for Baltimore County Department of Social Services for 23 years in the Treatment Program for Youth With Sexual Behavior Problems as the program coordinator, evaluator, and clinician. While at Baltimore County DSS, she was a member of the CAC Multidisciplinary Team and provided expert witness services to Baltimore County Courts and Department of Juvenile Services. Danni is committed to expanding access to trauma-effective therapies and promoting health and wellness through professional training programs, professional consultation, program development, and direct clinical services.
