I was apart of the opening team, seeing the hotel and spa open from a building site, In this role I grew both personally and professionally,devloping and implementing SOP'S for the therapy team, helping them train in 5 star standards and creating a positive work environement. It is here I was able to build relations with the team and mentor therapists to reach their potenial leading the team to a sucessful launch. Having the oportunity to launch fantastic treatments to the world and being apart of soical media. One of my accomplishments in this role was writting an article that was published in a high profile Beauty editor. In this role I was one of 2 therapists to be trained in a treatment launch to the world, going on to be apart of PR meetings and gaining the spa and brand great exposure.

I started of this role as an essential therapists providing 5* customer service and performing various tretaments. I was apart of a leading hotel of the world treating high profile guests. I took every moment as creating an experience no guest would forget and always striving to go the extra mile for guests. In this role I was able to be apart of a once in a lifetime event. Meeting and serving the world leaders.

It is here that iI started my career within beauty starting as a junior therapist and learning the foundations of being beauty therapist delivering luxurious treatments and building a loyal client base with members. Throughout my time I started to take on more responsibilites and learning more about the operational side of how a spa runs.In this position I was working with both Decleor and Elemis products conducting both Body and Facials including Elemis BIOTEC treatments. I found a passion for skincare in this role and became one of the top retailers in my team, hitting targets and working towards deadlines.
