I was responsible for maintaining documentation for BHP (as a client) using the SPO system and MS Excel, to identify mechanical calculations, drawings and reports related to the Olympic Dam project.Achievement:▪ I successfully reviewed, tested access, and labelled over 3,000 documents related to calculations, draft drawings and BHP standards/polices from the past 20 years, which resulted in significant time savings for staff when looking up previous records.

Responsible for finding suitable import and export opportunities for domestic and international companies, actively while dealing with the challenges posed by the pandemic. I worked closely with stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously, successfully launched three e-commerce businesses on four e-commerce platforms.Achievement:▪ After I monitored ROI and analysed the data trends strategically, adjusted the advertising fee accordingly and used the promotion on the e-commerce hosting website, by the end of 2021, the online sales exceeded the target by 33%.

Responsible for the distribution of Snow Beer in South Australia. I effectively managed marketing strategies, warehousing, stock level, logistics and sales. Meanwhile I collaborated closely with driver and accountant to ensure the smooth execution of all the tasks.Achievement:▪ I conducted market research strategically used data analysis, set up the right prices, and successfully launched Snow Beer in Adelaide metro area and sales covered all Asian restaurants within the first 2 months.▪ I preformed research on various logistic and warehousing companies, ultimately found the most suitable solution for warehousing and logistics, successfully kept the operating profit around 35%.

I worked as Property Strategist, a role that involved more than just property sales. My responsibilities included reviewing and analysing the market data, assisting project manager, while managing clients’ investment properties.
