Working around the clock. All the hours God sent me & was still in demand for more more more! A qualified UK-DC Judge I built & managed my own Children's Dance School, going from 0 - 250 students in 3 years in my little hometown, Merthyr Tydfil. A very well run & well established children'sDance studio providing a wide range of opportunities & experiences. Background; I was approached by a gentleman who's expertise was in Latin & Ballroom to provide a street dancing class for children alongside his school of dance. After just a few short weeks I came to the conclusion that it wasn't for me. The very few students that I did have (5) were very disappointed that the classes were due to end & so feeling committed & determined to succeed I continued with just 5 students for months alone at a new venue. This soon progressed to numbers just short of 30 pupils. With a great deal of hard work I managed to build my dance classes on reputation alone leaving our little church hall to finding & refurbishing an old church to our very own dance studio accommodating 250 students & families across the week! A massive achievement to date for me & one in which I am extremely proud of.

I had worked at the Flying Start provision based in a local school for several years before being offered the position of Deputy Manager.Flying start is piloted in under privileged areas of the borough to offer a quality provision for children aged 2 years old & their families. Providing sound advice & directing families in need to the correct services and outside agencies necessary.I decided to leave this post in 2014 to concentrate on my ever growing dance business which was a permanent, full time time position.
