- Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the building, including office management and the upkeep of residents’ bedrooms - Administering the open call residency application process, liaising with incoming artists on travel and visa requirements to ensure smooth arrivals and departures - Supporting the production of exhibitions, open studios and workshops including sourcing materials, booking equipment and coordinating shipping- Providing executive assistant support to the Director, including drafting correspondence, organising travel and visa arrangements, and organising hospitality for business meetings- Arranging practical and hospitality needs for events, efficiently managing temp workers

- Serving as the main point of contact for all visitor and member enquiries, consistently providing a welcoming and seamless experience for all - Setting up booking pages, managing guest lists and compiling attendance figures for exhibitions, private views and events- Booking and preparing member services including meeting rooms, hot desking, furniture hire, tea and coffee- Creating and updating wayfinding screens, lightbox posters and weekly exhibition brochures- Providing administrative support to the Membership department, updating the membership directory and inducting new members with welcome packs, providing a comprehensive overview of contacts, facilities and procedures- Maintaining a steadfast line of communication between Security, Housekeeping and Facilities to ensure a safe and accessible visitor experience

- Monitoring galleries to prevent damage and unauthorised handling, enforcing restrictions on photography, food and drink and general etiquette- Greeting visitors and answering general enquiries and questions about the collection- Delivering public talks about Peggy Guggenheim and the works on display, as well as private guided tours- Selling tickets, processing payments, distributing and explaining visitor materials (catalogues and audioguides), switching between English, Italian, French and Mandarin where appropriate

- Organising and packing goods into appropriate containers, ensuring exports meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

Co-curated a trilingual exhibition, Casa X, a group show of 8 Latinx artists based in London. Taking on roles within the production, marketing and community engagement departments, I was responsible for writing and editing key contextual texts, developing print, social and website marketing materials and the press release. I acted as key liaison between participating artists and press teams, and invigilated the gallery during opening hours, greeting guests and ensuring a high standard of visitor experience.
