Responsible for providing direct support to the University Senior Vice President for Planning, Enrollment Management and Student Affairs (PEMSA), as well as PEMSA’s 250+ directors and staff. Monitored and directed all communications-related tasks within the division, including all inter-division assessments, outgoing communications, division meeting agendas, drafting of high-level documents and reports, drafting of consultation materials for SVP, as well as assisting SVP in the research and writing of published content. Also responsible for assisting the SVP with drafting and finalization of the University New Housing Expansion Proposal (implemented in 2014) and the University Stadium Proposal (presented to the CSUS President and CSU Chancellor). Prepared all meeting notes and materials for SVP’s presidential cabinet meetings, wrote and submitted university grants totaling over $300K in awarded funding for the university and its students, assisted with the university referendum underway and served as a liaison between PEMSA and the Office of University Advancement and the University Office of Public Affairs.
