I have had numerous opportunities to work with youth from diverse ethnic backgrounds and participate in youth empowerment programs. This experience sparked my interest in the social development sector, particularly in youth empowerment initiatives.I served as the Coordinator of the American Corner Jaffna, a youth resource center hosted by the Jaffna Social Action Center (JSAC) in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Colombo. Through the American Corner, I have led various youth empowerment programs and trained volunteers in leadership and team building. Additionally, I am a trainer in digital storytelling, social media management, and branding for small businesses. I assist small-scale businesses and organizations in creating brand stories and establishing a digital presence from the ground up.Currently, I am the Director of the American Center in Colombo, working with the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka to manage operations and programs at the Center.I hold an MBA in International Business and am continually enhancing my digital marketing skills through engagements with digital marketing agencies in the region.If you catch me outside of work , I am a traveler and a music lover (well who doesn't love music).
