I have over 5 years in the customers service industry in call centers, another 5 in retail and experience as a counselor. I thrive in the environment where I can use my excellent skills with customers to give a great experience while meeting or exceeding goals for matrix and for promotions. I have been a leader in my most recent job, headed a diversity team and team building exercise and being elected treasurer of my Business Resouce Group. Currently am in the top ten for one matrix at my site. Was also chose to work outside the call center as a support representative where cash handling is needed. Upbeat and positive about work, co-workers and customers, I am a team player who works to make sure not only I but my team succeeds.
