My job at Lean-On is primarily to function as a system architect, technical mentor, trainer, consultant and pre-sales resource. Secondly it is my job to keep us on the cutting edge of the many products and solutions in the Citrix end-to-end infrastructure and the operating systems and network infrastructure that they rely on.

- Started new department for high level consultancy, covering server based computing, ASP, remote network monitoring, bandwidth management and general IT system architecture.- Responsible for delivering advanced technical support and consultancy to the Services Division.- Responsible for presales and aftersales support to the Sales and Distribution Division and their Reseller channel, specializing in Citrix, Packeteer and iPlanet products.

- System Consultant on Citrix, Packeteer, Netscape and Livingston products.- Moved and completely redesigned Data Center supporting 10.000+ users.- Responsible for presales support on Data Center solutions and services.- Hired and trained four consultants to run Data Center and deliver consultancy services.

- Responsible for consultancy services on Microsoft’s operating systems.- Systems development using Borland Delphi.- Training Microsoft Official Curriculum classes ( MCP Training ) in:-- Supporting and implementing Windows 95.-- Supporting Windows NT 3.51 & 4.0 Core Technologies.-- Supporting Windows NT 4.0 Enterprise Technologies.

External consultant for Computervision Services, Europe, developing European product- and pricing information application.

- Lead development and implementation of a centralized European product- and pricing information application (MS Access 2.0) and trained European administrators.- Coordinated European integration and data exchange with corporate pricing systems (SAP/PowerBuilder).- Responsible for European technical-, product-, pricing- and marketing requirements to corporate systems.

- Specified business processes for product and pricing information extraction and collection from all European pricing systems.- Developed multi-format file conversion application, for handling pricefiles from all European suppliers.- Unified product data definitions and pricing methodologies across Europe, through ‘Building bridges’ and communicating across management levels, conflicting interests and different country requirements.

- Lead developer and implementor for Europe, on worldwide sales and productivity tools.- Administrator of the pricing system for the four Nordic countries (dBase).- Implemented, supported and trained Nordic users of corporate quoting system (MS Excel 4.0 macro’s).

- Defined and developed a new position as IT supporter in Denmark.- Administered and supported all administrative systems (PICK databases, 4GL).- Administrered and maintained (HW/SW) three large minicomputers, 25 PC’s and a Novell server.- Completely rewrote 3 major administrative systems using 4GL.

- Repair-center technician, responsible for fault isolation and repair of all PC’s, printers, terminals and some minicomputer peripherals. - Setting up and testing new equipment before shipment to customer sites.- Solely maintained, improved and supported all Customer service’s administrative systems, as secondary responsibility.- Developed and implemented an administrative system for handling all repair-center activities.
