User Experience Researcher
CurrentAs a UX Researcher at Adira Finance, I work across both the Automotive and Adiraku App teams to ensure that user insights are at the core of our product development process. My role involves conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative research throughout each product cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build user-centered solutions that align with business objectives. I also facilitate workshops to ensure alignment between business and product teams. Key responsibilities include:🟡 Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative User Research:Lead comprehensive user research (both qualitative and quantitative) at each stage of the product cycle to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs. This includes surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics review to inform product decisions.🟡 Translating User Insights into Product, Feature, and Business Opportunities:Act as a bridge between users and the product teams by translating research findings into actionable insights, helping to shape features, products, and business strategies that address real user needs.🟡 Collaboration with Product Teams:Work closely with product managers and developers to build the most profitable and impactful features. Ensure that product features not only meet business goals but also deliver value and satisfaction to users.🟡 Partnering with Design Teams for Optimal UX:Collaborate with designers to ensure that the user experience is intuitive, seamless, and meets the needs of users. Help inform UI/UX design decisions with research insights to create user-centric interfaces and interactions.🟡 Facilitating Cross-Functional Workshops:Lead workshops to align business stakeholders, product teams, and designers around user research findings. This ensures that everyone is on the same page, driving a unified vision for product development and design.
