Managing the design and development of training materials for several key transformation projects within Elders SysMod.

As a Learning and Development Leader, I spearheaded the Frontline Learning Executive team in creating and managing OMNI channel learning solutions for over 3000 contact center and retail agents. I led process enhancements to refine induction schedules and content development, while overseeing a team of 9 learning designers, fostering their growth and ensuring project success. Collaborating with external partners, I aligned high-quality learning solutions with organizational goals, while prioritizing and allocating work, maintaining a high-performing team culture, and managing project and workload allocation. My achievements include revamping the induction program, reducing training content, streamlining processes, and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced training effectiveness.

In my role as Service Transition (Frontline Learning Executive), I served as a learning designer focusing on developing and refining learning solutions for Global Contact Centers. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to align training materials with service transition objectives, developing digital and virtual learning assets and coordinating with vendors for blended learning solutions. My achievements include updating Global Contact Centre induction content, transitioning training content to digital solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and managing various learning projects, such as the introduction of GOMO to Optus. Additionally, I managed the Messaging training portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and needs.
