Content Production Coordinator
Assists with the planning and administrative duties for a variety of photo & video shoots at Transcontinental Premedia, Canada's largest marketing production services company serving the CPG, Retail & QSR Industries• During the summer of 2021, I was Interim Producer & Merchandise Coordinator for one of the company's accounts. I was responsible for staffing resources (scheduling photographers, stylists and photo assistants) for specialty books and flyers for the account, as well as coordinating merch/sample shipments for photography with vendors of the account. I was also responsible for booking spaces, equipment and other applicable resources for the studio team where needed. • As a Production Coordinator, I support the Content Producers with: catering, casting, location scouting/research, booking spaces, and coordinating resources (freelance vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, equipment rentals, prop sourcing) for shoots• I help to facilitate team scheduling along with the Producers, to ensure organization and timely completion of all creative projects (through the creation of shot lists and call sheets)• I also assist Producers with tracking & documenting invoices/expenses during and after production• Occasionally, I provide coverage for Producers during Pre-Production (including Pre-Production meetings) and Production (on set), while collaborating with clients, crew, and Art Directors to ensure the goals and vision for the shoot are met• I also help oversee file and media management (providing annotations, organizing media assets for client review and delivery, creating video proxy files for editors)

IGNITE is a non-profit organization and the official student union representing students of both Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber.
