Led the Talent Acquisition function for North and Latin America, as well as setting up global Sourcing and TA Operations in the UK, the Philippines, and India. Joined Willis Towers Watson when they were privately held with about 7,000 employees and supported their transformation to a 45,000 person publicly traded company in 120+ countries. This included handling multiple acquisitions and two “mergers of equals”. Willis Towers Watson is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company with $9 billion of revenue.
