After a few years in the advertising and marketing field, followed by my psychology study at the university and my education as a systemic therapist, I started my own consulting and coaching business in 2002. I am consulting and coaching corporations and startups to develop strategies, concepts and a project management to operate these. My core skills are the development and implementation of sustainable, regenerative, social and innovative services and products as well as the coordination of partnerships between corporates and non-profit organizations. Since 2007 I am very closely working with the founders of Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli and am currently holding the position as the chairlady of the advisory board consulting and guiding the international organisation in scaling vertically into different entities and horizontal expanding globally to i.e. California and South Africa. Since 2011 I have the pleasure to consult the Deutsche Post DHL in their Corporate Citizenship programs such as GoTeach bringing programs towards employability to youth all over the world together with SOS Childrens Villages and Teach For All. Today the program is implemented in 70 countries. From 2014 to 2017 I was leading the Hamburg Social Impact Lab, an incubator for Social Entrepreneurs, being in charge for the different programs being the mastercoach for more than 50 startups. I gained a lot of experience in many different fields supporting social businesses, social entrepreneurship and overall how social change can happen in the world. Since January 2018 I was working on founding War Child Deutschland together with Lydia Sleifir. Here my personal passion being a psychologist, an innovative thinking entrepreneur and visionary enthusiast to collaborate to change the world into a better place for all of us comes together. Starting in 2020 I became involved in the co-creation of the regenerative ecosystem SEEDS - a digital currency and global community that will change our world into the new paradigm focusing on values and actions that are good for the planet, good for nature and all beings.
