My expertise includes estimating and cost planning, preparing budget estimates, tender analysis and reporting, cost reporting, and full post-contract administration services, from project monitoring to processing monthly valuations.Currently, I am spearheading Maltbys' Christchurch operations, focusing on providing high-quality quantity surveying and business development services. In this role, I am committed to servicing local clients and projects, as well as delivering precise estimates for projects across New Zealand.With a strong foundation in customer service and sales, I excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships. My excellent communication skills and fair negotiation abilities contribute to my proactive approach and track record of on-time project delivery. My dedication and hard work are central to achieving outstanding results.I hold a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) and a National Diploma in Business, both completed with an A+ average.
