To inspire, assist and support local government in developing and implementing climate resiliency strategies, such as the passage of local climate policy such as a Climate Recovery Resolution, Climate Action Plan, Sustainability Commission, etc.• Organize educational opportunities for youth advocates, ages 7-17 (via schools, churches, Boy and GirlScouts, community events, Climate Camps, etc.), regarding climate change, climate impacts and municipal government structure.• Identify and meet with key elected and appointed officials (e.g. city planner, engineer, city councilors,mayor, etc.) to coordinate and work with in developing and implementing local climate policy.• Work with various groups in your community (faith, education, youth, business, arts, government) inbuilding support for and determining the content of a Climate Action Plan.• Hold free public or invitation-only events as needed to support grassroots, intergenerational, and climate action. -Co-led SNAP Operations and Promotions workshop for 10 direct marketing entities.-Researched over 100 direct marketing entities and produced content for 2017 - 2018 Local Food Guide.-Provided technical assistance to Glean IN program participants, connecting local food producers with excess produce to local food pantries in need.

-Designed and launched a public space recycling scholarship program for 20 Indiana high schoolers, a $20,000 project in collaboration with PepsiCo Recycling.-Recruited and mentored multiple groups of 20 high school juniors and seniors in the Student Recycling Leadership Corps, a year-long recycling scholarship program.-Designed social media promotion and outreach at community events for scholarship recruitment.

-Designed and oversaw a comprehensive event recycling and composting program for the 2016 500 Festival Mini-Marathon Post Race Party, which led to a 20% increase in diversion rates. -Managed recycling programs for events large and small, impacting over 2 million people and increasing access to public space recycling across Indiana.-Secured over $90,000 in funding and grants for small non-profit organization with a statewide impact through creation of recycling programs for large-scale events such as the Indiana State Fair and 500 Festival, as well as the Indiana BMV Special Group Recognition license plate.-Collaborated to organize 3 silent auctions of over 100 items each that raised over $21,000 in total
