01Ocean is a start-up company focusing on Digital Transformation and Media Services. The founder has established this company for few years and signed multiple projects with MNEs. I am here to improve the project delivery and transforms this company.

On board as Head of Tech Risk and Acting Head of IT to ensure a smooth transition while the Group is looking for a new Group CIO/Executive Director. It's really an interesting 4-months assignment while taking leadership for different domains business (LPG Retails, T&T, BFS...). I really enjoyed to lead 100+ IT staffs & working with Top Executives among different domains in the group.

Leading IBM HK on Industry Solution & Business Development, eco-system establishment with business partners, and participated in client engagement and projects with a team of Business Development and Technical Architects. Focused IBM technologies with Cloud/RedHat, AI & Video Analytics, Security Services, Smart City & IoT, Blockchains & Chatbot. Being measured by total contribution of IBM Business including consulting, infrastructure services, hardware and software.At the same time, I am the founder of IBM HK Innovation Center which grand opening in June 6, 2019 @HK STP.Key success included HK Airport Authority with whom an innovation partnership program was signed (multiple projects including an AI Platform built for AI/Video Analytics deployment, Private Cloud build & transition, IoT Framework/Digital Twin and Blockchain).

Leader's role in HKColo. Work closely with the founders to further develop and transform the Company into a World-Class Data Center service provider.

My role was beginning with a Experienced Sales Executive to support all sellers within the General Business Territories (cross industries & Macau). By the end of 2014 & 1H 2015, I was the acting leader. Although the economic down-turn & keen market competition (in particular the Macau), I successfully lead the territories with consecutive quarter with +8% year-on-year growth.

Leads the project management and Solution Planning, I managed the execution of Solution design & proposal for customers under management outsourcing and participate in new Bid(s). As well, the implementation execution is still one of my major focus. One of the most important projects was the SCB Storage Migration to new Tiered-Storage as this project involved thousands man-days, elapsed for 1Year+ and more than 40+ weeks production migrations. Project was completed with flying color and SCB WW Executive Award received.Further responsibility from AP CEO on me, I am also the Head of Bid Management & SCB Business Operation Manager. I need to ensure Bid Strategy aligned among management teams and countries together with good architecture & solution build with respect to customer’s RFP requirement, as well as building alliance with possible solution vendors with teaming model to ensure a winning solution with effective/competitive pricing are in place while fulfil the Corporate required margin and finance policy are the keys of my job.Of course, the key KPI of my post is improving the Bid winning rate. TCV of key winning cases exceeded US$50M.

Started from Programmer Trainee in 1988. I was graduated promoted to the Head of Mainframe/FVP taking care of the IT Department of CKWB with 100+ developers, Infra-structure team, Operations and outsourcing services providers. Applications under my responsibilities are Core-Banking, Credit Cards and Wealth Management.

Leads a team of developers to support the production maintenance as well as job scheduling activities for Data Center.
