• Organising and co-ordinating Review and Development weeks and activities for learners around a given theme and reviewing/analysing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.• Continuously enforcing Equality and Diversity, as everyone is important no matter their race, religion, well-being etc. and everyone deserves the right to the same opportunities.• Organising Learner Voice meetings to ensure learners have the opportunity to express their opinions about the college to help improve the college’s performance.• Creating posters and updating the college’s intranet system to keep learners informed of planned activities and events, including making this friendly and interactive for learners to use ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate.• Using my communications skills and knowledge of a range of Microsoft office packages I organised RAD Week events by booking in speakers, organising timetables and locations, liaising with learners plus teaching and non-teaching staff as well as Senior Management to make sure that every single event ran as well as it could. Examples of events that I have organised and ran include fairs, fun days, and motivational speakers such as Lee McQueen, the winner of the Apprentice.
