Danny is a founding member of Florida WPS with his father-in-law. Danny now manages a team of 11 full-time and 4 part-time employees that serve customers all over the great state of Florida. Danny leads a team that manages over 2.3+ million dollars annually in water process services. Including but not limited to business development growth across the state of Florida primarily related to various water treatment & water safety management applications; Potable (municipal & commercial), Utility (HVAC, manufacturing, food, and beverage, etc). Danny also leads all special mechanical-based projects for the company such as cooling tower fill replacements, steam boiler projects, and chlorine dioxide generator applications on thermal energy storage systems. Danny also serves as the Chief Pilot for the company, flying the company's amphibious aircraft for water quality analysis in Florida's Everglades National Park and Lake Okeechobee.

Class C Emergency Will Call Operator - On an assigned shift, perform all required chemical analysis; inspects plant equipment and machinery to determine that all machinery is operating properly; take samples of water or wastewater at various stages of the treatment process; perform routine laboratory analysis to determine effectiveness of treatment procedures and records results; on the basis of sample results, adjusts control devices for processes to provide effective treatment; inspects and adjusts treatment plant equipment, as it relates to the facilities. Inspects recorders and meters, and make necessary adjustments to control the operations as required. Performs services and preventive maintenance on a variety of plant equipment and machinery; assists mechanics in major repairs and in installation work; performs general building maintenance. Instruct new operators in the standard operating procedures. Maintain log-on process adjustment and prepare periodic summary reports of operations. Performs related work safely and efficiently as required and as directed. Prepares chemical batches as needed for operation.

Danny supports account management of equipment and water treatment chemicals for Maclean's Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) set-a-side federal projects primarily serving Veterans Affairs Hospitals across Florida and Puerto Rico. Danny leads a team that manages over half a million dollars annually in water process services. Including but not limited to business development growth across the state of Florida primarily related to various water treatment & water safety management applications. Danny also leads all special mechanical-based projects for the company such as cooling tower fill replacements, steam boiler projects, and chlorine dioxide generator applications on thermal energy storage systems, and holds his Florida DEP Class C Water Treatment Operators license to operate Monchlormine feed equipment at the VA Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Danny supports the owner of AWT in the daily business account management, and warehouse management. Danny serves 280+ customers across the state of Florida primarily related to a variety of water treatment & water safety management applications and utilities (HVAC, manufacturing, food, and beverage, etc). Danny manages 5 service techs, 3 admin staff to support the operations of AWT.
