My goal is to help individuals, families, groups, and communities increase emotional health and wellness through improving behavioral health and by promoting positive interests and relationships. I have a background in substance abuse and mental health counseling, conflict resolution, community development, disabilities, mindfulness/meditation, healthcare/hospice, corrections, and community based psychosocial rehabilitation. My work has been with individuals and communities in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Madison, Wisconsin.I am a strong proponent of personal growth and continuing education. I have lived overseas for a total of 7+ years in China, Botswana and Ukraine. I have two children.
