Developed, owned and operated two Record Masters franchise locations. Record Masters of Pittsburgh provided records management for 24 hospitals in Western Pennsylvania and also copied medical records for insurance providers and legal corporations. Record Masters of Cincinnati provided storage and management of patient records for 16 hospitals in Ohio.Directed the Pittsburgh location to merge, in 1995, with 3 other Records Masters locations to form HIMSCORP, Inc. HIMSCORP was created and lead by Keystone Capital of Chicago the principal investor. The mission of HIMSCORP was to purchase consolidate and expand the 14 Record Masters locations throughout the United States. HIMSCORP became the third largest records management company in the U.S. exclusively specializing in healthcare.
