Coaching and guiding students (HBO- and WO level) to graduate their study and support minor "continuous improvement Avans" by guiding/coaching students to get Lean six sigma green belt.Main objectives: Implementation of cleaning room facility, together with engineers successful m2 reduction programs with result of 40% reductions, by complete focus on continuous improvements and kaizens total productivity increase of more than 30% with final result winning the “CEVA Global kaizen award 2017” as best kaizen in the world for 2017. Successful implementation of overflow customer on 4 CEVA sites within 1,5 month.

Operational responsible for complete warehouse process for customer in water pump sector, spam of control direct 1 assistant supervisor and indirectly 15 employees. End-responsible for operational KPI’s on quality, productivity and safety. Responsible to support my manager in running an operational restructuring of the supervising team on a multi-user site. Main objectives: With support of Benelux LEAN wave 10% productivity increase within 2 months, successful new structure in operations with result promotion to operations manager position in Eindhoven.

Responsible to drive the Operational Excellence program to reach the Show case level for the multi-user site Born1. Within this program I worked all departments e.g. Operations, HR, finance, facilities and EH&S. Besides that, I was coaching/guiding operations in delivering process improvements/kaizens and implementing/improving 5S on shop floor. Main objectives: Implemented tool to audit more than 100 Core work instructions on yearly basis and create a road map specifically for Born 1 to reach the Show case level during internal audit and with success.

Operational end-responsible for combination of hub activities (international parcels) and depot activities (regional parcels) within 1 building, spam of control direct 3 supervisors and indirectly 5 team leaders and 70-120 employees. Responsible to achieve AEO- and ISO certificates and supported from operational point of view the construction plans for new Hub of DPD. Main objectives: Together with other operations manager we increased the productivity within 1 year with more than 10% by creating more insights in processes and with data analyzes to get more control in operations and planning of resources. Improvement of 8% on quality (wrong loaded parcels) by implementing automated measurement tools for monitoring. Implementation of onboarding program for new employees from outside the Netherlands to increase the average number of weeks that they worked at DPD with almost 15%.

Operational responsible for outbound process at customer in mining sector, spam of control direct 2 assistant supervisors and indirectly 60-70 employees. End-responsible for operational KPI’s on quality, productivity and safety. Responsible to run at least 7 kaizen events on yearly basis to improve complete operations. Main objectives: Together with other supervisor completely new structure in operations and working times to get customer service levels from 80% to 95%+. Created continuous improvement culture that resulted in more than 10 kaizens/improvements  10% productivity increase and 5%+ quality increase.

Operational responsible for outbound process (picking/packing) for customer in mining sector, spam of control 40-50 employees. Responsible for operational KPI’s on quality, productivity and safety. Main objectives: Improving productivity with more than 25% by implementing process improvement together with operators. Improve quality KPI’s to external targets and extend 5S knowledge in operations.

Activities: Complete investigation on production facility for a quality assurance system (more than 4K man-hours used to create)Main objectives: Maintenance plan to keep QA system up to date. Complete implementation plan to do further roll-out on other facilities.
