Established and managed the Medical Radiation Learning Online, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian Institute of Radiography with a vision to provide and deliver high quality online education to the Medical Radiation Science practitioners and its allied healthcare providers. The role involves advance project management skills and stakeholders management executing a start-up process to running the company. It demands high-level business acumen with deep understanding of strategic planning and risks management. The project went live at a formal launch on 8 November 2013 to coincide with World Radiographers and Radiation Therapists’ Week.Successfully directed, managed and implemented three major initiatives and created an online global gateway to quality learning in the Medical Radiation Science field to monetise and commercialise the existing resources of the organization based on a white paper submitted to and approved by the Board.Sourced and negotiated with third party providers for a complete Learning Management System (LMS) that delivers learning resources to the selected medical and allied healthcare industry both in Australia and to the world.Managed the development of a totally new website in looks, feel, functionality and users engagement for the online learning initiative, called Medical Radiation Learning Online.Prepared, lodged and successfully negotiated the application for a Registered Training Organisation certification with the Australian Skills and Quality Standard (ASQA) to provide nationally recognized courses.

Started trade volume at $60,000.00 a month and climbed to $240,000.00 a month achieving over $2M total sales in the first 10 months.

Contracting service covers the entire greater Melbourne.Oversees project delivery of end-to-end project cycle of telecommunication infrastructure for residential, commercial, and civic works. Convert and manage inbound sales call from potential to buy-in customers. Co-ordinate customers’ and field technicians’ schedule to meet deadline. Track project development and ensure adherence to work compliance and deadline.

A regional player in Asia engaged in specialist contracting of dry walls and ceiling works for commercial, civic and residential sector. Group projects completed include KL International Airport, Petronas Twin Towers, Bangkok International Airport and Shangri-La Resort. Accepted the challenge to revitalize an ailing 250 staff company confronted with negative business growth, no line of vendor credit, low employee morale, unknown in the industry and its steady decline, led to the design and implementation of two business strategies; a seven year plan to establish the company within the construction industry and build brand awareness, the second being a 25 year plan to expand and grow the business into a property development company. Achieved a 38% consecutive annual revenue growth rate.

This revolutionary technology, which purifies the air in enclosed rooms provides unequalled satisfaction in disinfecting the surrounding naturally.As an independent distributor, the role was to introduce the product to the market and gain loyal product users as well as growing the distributorship through training and mentoring consultants. Within 10 months the distributorship grew to 180 consultants selling more than $100,000.00 dollars worth of products in a period of 4 months reaping several awards from the organisation.
