Promote the products and systems offered by Architectural Building Systems within a defined territory to Building Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other affiliated businesses by performing the following duties. Work with senior sales team to become knowledgeable on all products and systems including construction details and specification pertaining to ABS product lines, customers, competition and general market conditions. Develop presentation on products and systems that will be used to educate and inform architects, engineers and specifiers so as to influence their decision to incorporate our products into their project designs and specifications. Focus presentation on features and benefits that enhance their projects and add value.Utilize various sources available to compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and project opportunities. These sources would include trade publications, business journals, construction reports such as “Dodge”, area newspapers, industry associations, trade shows, and others.Work throughout an assigned territory making calls on existing and prospective customers to build and reinforce relationships by educating and informing them on market opportunities. Communicate and follow up on all leads generated. Track the status of quotes and correspondence.Prepare regular reports of business activity which highlights status of pending and/or active projects, market conditions including competition’s activity and other related information. Work closely with inside sales representatives and management to keep everyone informed on this activity.Track customer sales activity including purchases and credit status.Investigates and resolves customer complaints or issues that may arise.Travels to and attends trade shows, conferences, and/or seminars that senior management sees as beneficial to the sales effort and overall company objectives.

• Communicating with the Adrian administration and MITE Network administrators to develop a comprehensive schedule for our students to enroll in ITV classes.• Facilitating classroom activities and collaborating with ITV teachers to provide the best possible learning environment.• Supervising and assisting at risk and troubled students in the In School Suspension and Credit Recovery atmosphere.• Developing standards, expectations and a technical philosophy to govern the Adrian Wrestling Organization.• Budgeting and allocation of funds for new equipment, apparel and functions for the organization.• Scheduling team activities and developing practice plans and strategies.• Developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to grow team interest and the sport of wrestling within the community through multiple avenues including social media. • Motivating team members on an individual basis to make sure they feel wanted, appreciated, fulfilled and rewarded.• Assisting the Head Baseball Coach to fulfill his objectives, standards, goals and expectations for the program.

• Supervising and executing daily duties to fulfill all commercial contract obligations of homeowner association pools.• Cleaning all water in and water out aspects of the facilities.• Balancing and treating water to state regulation standards.• Performing regular and emergency maintenance on infrastructure and equipment.• Communicating with Homeowner Association personnel to correctly identify and satisfy their needs. • Evaluating residential pools and executing the necessary actions to accomplish the maintenance needed to satisfy homeowner’s needs.• Assisting in scheduling and training lifeguard and other staff personnel.

• Individually responsible for promotion and sales activities of Bauer Farms products directly to consumers.• Obtaining product from farm in a safe and effective manner.• Transportation of product from Bauer Farms to more heavily populated Kansas City Metro area.• Branding and marketing products to consumers in metro to build a customer base.• Pricing and bartering with customers to secure best deal for Bauer Farms.
