Oversight of Ryanair’s 4 Flight SIM Training Centres based in Stansted, East Midlands, Dublin and Bergamo. Ryanair is Europe’s largest airline which requires a high level of recurrent and initial (type rating) training and to manage this we have 18 full flight and 9 fixed based simulators across the 4 training centres. Our training capacity is still growing along with the airlines growth to 225 million passengers by 2026.

I am part of the Project Management team delivering an Automatic Train Control (ATC) system for four of London Underground’s Sub Surface Rail (SSR) lines: District, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City.My responsibilities includes pulling together all elements of the design, development, manufacturing, supply, delivery, construction, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and migration of the Service Control Center. This includes both the CBTC signalling and the Integrated Communication System (ICS). Sub Surface Railway (SSR) be based on the IS Radio product which merges the software developed as a bespoke solution for the Jubilee and Northern Line upgrade contract. Thales’s state-of-the art SelTrac® CBTC computer-based signalling system is widely recognised as the world’s most technologically advanced signalling system.London Underground Ltd. (LUL) is using Thales’ SelTrac® CBTC to modernise London’s Underground signalling infrastructure on the Jubilee and Northern Line upgrade programmes.The overall purpose is to carry more customers faster, safely and in greater comfort through enhanced capacity and reliability resulting in increased growth for London Underground.
