I have been working within the Photovoltaic Industry for over 7 years now. My mission in my career is to be a proven, tested, and respected asset. I find great satisfaction in helping others believe in themselves and develop their passion in solar power just as I have, while ensuring the highest quality product with attention to detail. I have had tremendous growth in the solar industry. From a residential solar installer to O&M technician for utility scale projects and more recently climbed the ranks in QAQC & Commissioning utility scale projects. I believe that any challenge that comes at me can be solved with my garnered experience and persistence. My greatest asset is my patience, relatability, and persistent analytical mindset. Safety is above all, and I incorporate it, and teach it in tandem with any task. My experience has evolved into creating a respectful demeanor with everyone I meet. I focus my skills on the details of the work and producing results no matter what. As the O&M''s department Technician I perform safe and skilled technical work and provided technical support to the employer and customers. My job duties as a field service technician involved a high degree in data collection using a uniformed technical wordage that were consistent and summaries of resolutions. in order to resolve various issues and perform maintenance I used devices such as Volt/Amp meter, Thermal imaging, IV curve tracer, Megger, Oscilloscope, and specific torque hardware. Additionally, I used various software's configurations to accurately define exact production loss and communication/network errors. As a technician my job consisted of manual labor and customer service always keeping in mind to maintain highest workmanship, and a transparent demeanor to the customer.
