During this role, I scripted, recorded, and edited content for both marketing and learning for Dindo software. I created a video series of learning content paired with written supporting content so customers could learn how to use the platform. I worked not only on first-use experiences but also on content designed to be re-consumable, such as building up Rates and Quantities.I curated multiple marketing videos and other assets, including copy, expo graphics, web assets and additional video graphics.

Product Manager for Cubit Estimating, Buildsoft's flagship estimating software. Utilising my experience with the construction industry and deep understanding of Buildsoft's B2B software products, I work to transform the building process. I work closely with the Development Team day-to-day and engage with customers and stakeholders to deliver excellent software for the construction industry.I currently work from understanding customer pain points, through ideation and research, to design and development through to release.

My role at BrightBox was to ensure the business is running and growing as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that both meets and exceeds. the expectations and needs of customers and stakeholders. My key accountabilities were: managing day-to-day operations, strategically manage growth and establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and partners globally, including resellers and industry bodies.

My role as a Product Manager required me to have a vast and deep understanding of Buildsoft's products. I performed a wide and diverse variety of tasks in this role, which was the first of its kind for the company. My most notable responsibility was designing solutions within "Cubit" and creating features and experiences in "Bartender".I was also responsible for communicating and negotiating between business owners and customers to deliver premium software solutions. I was also involved in marketing, technical documentation, customer training, and customer support.My role required me to stay up to date with the construction and software industries and have a great understanding of the business and its customers.

As Store Manager for a Retail Telstra store, my primary role and responsibilities were managing staff (including hiring, training, performance planning, etc), managing stock and back office operations, helping customers (including dealing with complains and unhappy customers), and hitting KPIs.
