Accountable for the commercial success of the Cambridge cluster, containing 3 Regus business centres, providing office accommodation & business services to over 750 companies. In addition to managing the Cambridge cluster, also held the position of team lead, managing, supporting and acting as a mentor to a team of 5 Area & General Managers, collectively responsible for a further 10 sites. This involved collecting forecasts, reviewing sales performance and assisting in removing obstacles that were impacting my team's ability to deliver results. This was a role designed to support the Regional Director, who was accountable for a region of 40 locations.Stepped up to act as Regional Director for 3 months in 2016, May to July, following the resignation of the previous Regional Director, until a replacement could be recruited. This required covering the full region of 40 locations, providing day to day support with approvals, managing escalated complaints, calculating & setting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the area sales team of 15, hosting weekly business update conference calls, entering sales forecasts weekly, monitoring monthly P&L & Sales performance and reporting these to the senior stake holders, whilst still continuing to deliver my own day-to-day role requirements.
